History of our movement is full of examples of censorship and repression of revolutionary newspapers. If you are really communist, you must know that sooner or later your newspaper/internet page must be closed, and you must be prosecuted. This is inevitable. The question is, how to arise after defeat, how to fight again without nothing, without comrades, followers and without faith, that your hard work have sense. LBC was closed two and half years ago. I lost everything, but the most important was the loss of faith, that writing have sense. My ex-comrades went to different ways, and some of them are not longer my comrades anymore. They are not communists. But it is no time to write about them. I open this page, because I recovered faith, that my articles can support the fight against exploitation. As you can see, I’m trying to write in English. This is not simple continuation of LBC. LBC was a page all written in polish, and this new page will be deferent, because all articles I will write in English. The most important different is, that I will not translate my articles from polish to English, because my language skills are weak. I can say with proud, that my polish written language, is a language of Mickiewicz. I can use many words, and I think that my articles had in LBC had not only good political line, but also beautiful polish language, which can be music for your ears.
This page will be different. I hard work to my English, but I know that I still have much work to do. I read 6 books in English. I watched many movies and many hours I watched English TV. I heard audio books, and I can say that my passive English is quite good. The most important thing is that I UNDERSTAND, what I read, hear or watch. But I have problems with speaking, and I have no practice with writing. So this is new for me, and this page is not only for readers, but also for me and maybe in future for other writers. I (we) want write because without practice it is impossible to learn something. I have hope that with time my articles will be longer and better. Today I don’t want translate it to polish, because I know that this is pure language.
We are a part of international movement and we must know that our comrades from other countries don’t speak polish, and they never start to learn. I can give some examples from history, how the peoples from small nations become famous in bigger countries. For polish communists the most important is example of Rosa Luxemburg. She went to Germany and she write articles in german language in social democratic press. Her most famous book: “Acumulation of capital” was written in german, and it was translated to polish after her death. I can also write about Feliks Dzierzynski, who was famous in all the world as a chef of Bolshevik secret service. When I write about Soviet Union, I must write some words about Joseph Stalin, who was born in Georgia. Two or three years ago I read stupid article about LBC, my comrades and of course me. They named me: “NEW STALIN”, but I think that it is impossible to become “New Stalin” in small country like Poland. If I really want to become “New Stalin” I must learn languages. I think that my Russian is still better then my English, but I can’t write in Russian, because they have different alphabet. I used to try to learn writing in Russian, but I stopped because it was to hard for me. When I had LBC I used to write articles without watching on keyboard, and for me it is easier to write in English. The last example is history of Christianity. The disciples of Jesus were Jews, and they lived in Palestine under Roman occupation. They left Palestine and moved to big Roman cities. They had to learn big ancient languages: Latin and Greek, and the Christianity become official religion of all Roman Empire. Christian Jews hated Roman Empire, but they must learn Latin to fight against their enemy. I also hate American imperialism, but English is a language of internet, and in this language I can communicate with 2 billion people from all the world.
In the beginning I started with this blog. I don’t have much time, and I can write 5-8 short articles in month. This is free, I don’t paid for this, and I know that sooner or later it will be closed. This blog can’t be as popular as LBC. Many of my supporters, and my enemies can’t read articles in English, and they will be not interested this page. But I also see big possibilities. First of all I can cooperate with people from polish left who were not interesting to cooperate with old LBC. Three years ago we have some polish leftist internet page and LBC known as a most radical page. They called us “Stalinists”, and why cooperate with Stalinists, when you can cooperate with people, who are close to you in political stage. Today we have different situation. Many things are the same, but for this time we didn’t have a professional socialist web page about polish problems, written in English. Of course some pages have “English section”, but there are only basic information, and it is not updated. I know that in polish left many people speak better in English then me. In my youth I used to fight against capitalism, and other guys in this time used to go to English lessons, or traveling to English speaking countries. I think that If they don’t closed LBC I still be writing only in polish.
But now I’m lonely. I’m not a member of anything, and don’t want to be. If I want come back, I must do something new. I made my decision half year ago, and I had to studied English. Now I think, that I’m ready. What is my purposes? I have hope that this blog is temporary solution. I started alone, and still don’t know what will happen. I think that in December I will be better write, and I have hope, that I find some partners, who also can write in this language and we can build a professional page, with every day updates. I also see possibilities to cooperate with polish left, because everybody know that we are international movement, and our professional page can inform about their activities, comrades from all the world. I also think, that if I or We can build interesting page about Poland, It can be interesting for a young people, who are learning English. I think that my articles are more interesting than handbooks of English language. Most of articles will be about Poland and polish problems, and about things which are happen in these days.
I named this blog: “Left without censorship”, because this is simple translation the polish, not existing page, who made me famous. I know that many things, and people connected with old LBC have not good reputation, and in this new page, with is starting from ZERO, I can give another name. But as I said, this blog is temporary solution, and the new name, of new professional page, We will decided with my partners.
The most important are our skills. I have big political experience, I have Marxism-Leninism wisdom, and when I get practice with writing, when I started writing as fast, as polish, this page must have a success. If you want to get success in internet you must be fast. I think that the new page (not this blog) will be as tank, and after one year will be more popular than LBC. I have many plans, and many ideas, but I have more then half year to write about it. In the ending I give you my promise that in this week I will write again.
